The format is a template, not a prompt box. You load one front-facing photo into the console, and the engine replaces the main performer of the reference music video with your subject: the choreography, the lip-synced lines, the background cast and the edit all stay exactly as the original production staged them. Every clip is a 15-second, 480P render in the original 16:9 frame.

Because the scene itself never changes, the result looks professional by default. A pet headlining the set list, a friend landing every beat, a fictional character in a real venue: the takeover only swaps who stands at the center, and that is what makes the clip readable — and shareable — in the first second.

• Lead detection.The engine maps the music video's main performer — face, hairline and body line — so the swap zone is locked before your photo enters.
• Identity transfer.Facial features, hair and overall look from your portrait are fitted onto the lead's performance track.
• Scene preservation. Background characters are re-styled only where it complements your subject; their choreography, spacing and timing are untouched.
• Temporal blending. Frame-to-frame smoothing removes jitter and locks lip sync to the track for the full fifteen seconds.

The console streams all four stages to the progress monitor, so you can see exactly which pass is running and how much time is left.

Burning Bridges AI is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any artist, label, producer or platform, and no endorsement is implied. The reference performance ships with this studio as its own template asset; no third-party broadcast footage is bundled beyond it, and the swap is computed from scratch rather than pasted onto anyone else's upload.

Upload photos you own or have permission to use, and get consent from every person shown. A face is personal data even when the photo is public. Before you generate, the console asks you to confirm both the photo rights and a no-deepfake pledge: no misleading, defamatory or non-consensual depictions, and no content involving minors. Label synthetic clips as AI-generated when you publish them.
